It helps determine your preferred business approach based on
your Personality. It is used to determine fit with a Position, Company
Culture or Superior.
Who gets the results and can I have a copy?
The results are reported to the client so feedback is based
on their policy. Questions can be answered by email or during the
interview.
How long does it take and how should I approach it?
It takes about 50-70 minutes. You should not use any aids (such
as a dictionary). Answer the question as if a friend asked you.
You should not dwell on or overanalyze questions or respond to them
without due consideration. The validity of the output is related
to your effort.
Are these exercises valid and useful?
These exercises are designed to measure Personality factors such
as extraversion. There are no "good or bad" factors until
you define what you are seeking (e.g., outgoing and aggressive).
These exercises can be useful when used as part of an interview
or part of a hiring screen.
